Updated over a week ago

Review Mode and Tags are two powerful features for navigating Collections that will transform the way you conduct research, screening, and due diligence on company profiles.

Review mode: navigating seamlessly through company profiles

Review Mode is a game-changer when it comes to efficiently jumping from one company profile to another. Whether you are comparing different companies, conducting industry research, or evaluating potential business partners, Review Mode allows you to seamlessly transition between profiles. Here's why you'll love it:

  • Effortless Navigation: Say goodbye to the hassle of multiple tabs, and repeatedly searching for and opening individual company profiles. With Review Mode, you can easily toggle between profiles with just a few clicks, making your research process smoother than ever before.

  • Enhanced Productivity: Your time is precious, and Review Mode ensures you spend more of it analysing and less of it organising. Dive deep into your research without interruptions, as you effortlessly move between companies and gather insights.

  • Seamless Comparison: Analysing and comparing companies side by side has never been easier. Review Mode empowers you to quickly identify patterns, trends, and differences, allowing you to make well-informed decisions.

Getting started with Review Mode:

  1. Accessing Review Mode: You can access review mode through your Collections - just click on any company profile and this will automatically activate a navigation bar at the top of the page.

  2. Navigating Between Profiles: Once in Review Mode, use the navigation buttons to move to the next or previous profile in your list.

  3. Exiting Review Mode: Simply click the name of the collection on the top left when you are finished reviewing profiles.

Tags: Adding Colourful Coordination to Your Work

Tags bring a new level of organisation and coordination to your research and screening endeavours straight into the platform.

These customisable colour tags allow you to categorise and label company profiles based on your preferences and will be particularly helpful when working within a collaborative collection to ensure clear communication and prevent duplication of work.

Here's how tags can revolutionise your workflow:

  • Personalised Categorisation: Tailor your tags to your workflow. Use colours and labels that resonate with you, making it easy to identify key attributes, potential opportunities, and red flags across different profiles.

  • Efficient Collaboration: If you are working in a team, tags can significantly enhance collaboration. By using a standardised tagging system, you and your colleagues can instantly understand each other's assessments and findings, streamlining teamwork and decision-making.

  • Preventing Duplication: Tags act as visual reminders of the work you've already done. No more accidentally revisiting the same profiles or conducting redundant research. Tags keep you organised and your efforts focused.

  • Saving Time: Tags will allow you to assign work to someone in your team without the need to export and import data into an external CRM or software. It will also reduce the need for one person to export lists and individually send them to the right person.

Getting started with Tags:

  1. Adding Tags: Tags will be available within your collection view or within the company’s profile once you enter Review Mode. Click the "Add Tags" button to create a new tag, and select a colour and label for it.

  2. Managing Tags: To view all your tagged profiles, click the Filter button in the main collection view. Here, you can filter based on specific tags.

  3. Removing Tags: If you no longer need a tag on a profile, click on any of the existing tags or the Add tag button, then click the edit icon on the right and finally click on the delete button.

We recommend using Review Mode and Tags simultaneously, by tagging companies as you review their profiles. This will save you time and will create a more standardised structure.

As always, your support team is here to assist you with any questions or feedback you may have.
