Monitor the activity of companies in your watchlists

Receiving updates on key industries, companies, funds and transactions can give you the upper hand over your competition, and ensure that you never miss a key touchpoint, opportunity, or proof of impact.

It's key that your notifications are useful, timely, and contain just the right amount of information - here’s how you can stay informed.


Activity Alerts and Auto Add

Email alerts are generated by Collections - a saved dataset of companies, funds, fundraisings or grants.

Company collections allow you to keep up to date through 2 different types of notifications - activity alert emails and auto-add emails.

Changing activity alert emails for a Collection

Activity Alert Emails can be tailored to focus on the most important information, as below:

To change these activity feeds, head to My Beauhurst towards the top-left of the homepage and select My Collections.

This shows all of your pre-saved datasets. Use the cog icon towards the right of each Collection to navigate to its Settings page.

Under Activity alert settings, you can change:

  • The frequency of the activity alert emails (weekly, daily or custom)

  • The events that you want to keep track of (for example, large transactions or press mentions)

  • Whether or not you receive email alerts from the Collection

Changing auto-add emails for a Collection

Scroll down towards the bottom of the Collection's Settings tab to view the Auto-add settings section. The toggle towards the top of this section allows you to turn alerts on and off.


Changing Email Updates En Masse

Towards the top-right of the Collections menu, selecting the Manage alerts button will take you to a separate page where you can change the frequency and activity of your email alerts.
