We find email addresses using our own in-house tool, which locates publicly available addresses - we never guess or infer them - and checks they're active before showing them, refreshing roughly every three months. Only addresses above a confidence threshold make it onto the platform.
Contact Details Enhancement is a paid add-on that lets you request verified email addresses and mobile numbers - using tokens, which are only spent on a successful match - for key people at companies in your Collections. You choose the roles you're interested in, typically heads of department and above, and request enhancement for each one individually. It's designed for finding accurate contact details for people you've already identified, rather than generating bulk contact lists.
