How to enhance contact details for key people on Beauhurst

Improving your outreach coverage with enhanced contact data

➀ Build a Collection

Use Advanced Search to create a list of companies - or upload your own.

➁ Choose Your Contacts

From the Contacts tab in your Collection, filter by role (e.g. CEO, Director, Founder) or search by position.

③ Enhance with Contact Details

Select the individuals you want, then click “Get Contact Details.” We’ll return verified email addresses and phone numbers within ~30 minutes.

Contacts will automatically sort by recently enhanced when you return to the page - so you can feel confident picking up where you left off and easily find the contacts you enhanced upon return.

Once a contact is enhanced, the contact information will be available in all Collections where that role appears.

Tokens are only used when data is successfully retrieved.

④ Take Action

Use your new contacts to begin outreach, leveraging deep company data to support meaningful conversations. Share your collection to work with colleagues on your subscription or export details to share with your team and plug into your workflow.

Page-level exports are available when you’ve purchased contact enhancement tokens. This is separate from your export credit allowance.

Tip: Auto-add collections are dynamic, with new companies being added when they hit your criteria. You can revisit these collections and enhance new roles over time.
