The Ownership tab will pull through the latest Shareholder filings from Companies House confirmation statements (CS01 forms).

You can use the timeline at the top of the page to scroll back to previous CAP tables, or check the 'Show changes since last filing' button to highlight any new shareholders.

The Corporate Structure tab allows you to view how a given company fits into a wider company group. You can view each Legal Entity above (parent companies) and below (subsidiary/child companies) the company in question.
