Tab 3: Recent Activity

Breaking down the "recent activity" tab in Advanced Search

Updated over a week ago

The "Recent Activity" tab in Advanced Search presents all the recent company events which have happened for the companies in your search results.

A full walkthrough of this tab can be seen in the video below:

Each event has 2 dates associated to it:

  • The date you see on the left of the page denotes the date a particular event was added to the platform.

  • The secondary date (the one in grey text at the end of each event) denotes when the given event occurred. Sometimes, for particularly elusive events (like MBO/MBIs or C-Suite hires), there may be a lag between the event happening and the public announcement/press release.

  • We will also continually update information about key events as they come to light. This which is why there may be different dates between a fundraising first occurring, and us adding the verified investment amount/valuation for the raise.

The key feature to be aware of in this tab is:

Filter option

Select specific event types relevant to you, to filter for activity of interest.
