Every Beauhurst subscribing team will have at least one account Administrator. This is usually the person involved with procuring access to the platform or the first user on the subscription, but can also be adjusted to any person with account access (e.g. the lead contact for the subscribing organisation).
Account Settings:
Click the cog wheel icon in the top left corner of the platform to see a list of options. Here, users can:
Access their own account settings, including information on the level of access (Full or Viewer), and when the subscription ends
Manage active licences (Admin only)
Configure Alerts from Collections or Shared content
Connect or change settings for any integrated platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics
View your Custom Data credit balance and prompts
Access the API key, if applicable (Admin only)

Move licenses around by adding/removing users
