Every Beauhurst subscribing team will have at least one account Administrator. This is usually the person involved with procuring access to the platform or the first user on the subscription, but can also be adjusted to any person with account access (e.g. the lead contact for the subscribing organisation).
Account Settings:
Under your name in the top left corner of the platform, and then in "Account Settings", all users can:
See what type of licenses they have (full or viewer - for more info on this, please speak to your Support Team)
When their contract period ends
How many export credits the subscription currently has
Any add ons they have purchased or are available to purchase
Subscription Settings (Admin only):
The Account Admin will be able to do all of the above, plus a few extra things such as:
Move licenses around by adding/removing users
Re-send account activation emails to allow users to set their password
View export transactions
To do this, navigate to the 'Subscription settings' page by hovering over you name in the top-right of the platform (admin permissions required):
