Although Beauhurst includes tools for on-platform analysis and company tracking, you also have the option to export your data straight to a spreadsheet.

This is the best option if you are importing data into your CRM, running custom analytics or sharing Beauhurst data with colleagues.

Where to export

Data can be exported from Beauhurst in one of four ways:

From a company profile - Towards the top-right of the page using the CSV or PDF options

From Advanced Search - Export results to a CSV towards the lower-right of the search criteria

From a Collection - Export results to a CSV, to the right of a Collection page

From My Clients - To generate a list of potential investors into a specific company

Custom Exports

The Export menu then opens a dashboard to customise your CSV file

Use the arrows next to each heading to open a drop-down menu and choose the data you want to export. Classification, for example, includes company descriptions and sectors.

You may want to customise the export further. The cog icon next to the Financial Statement criteria can be used to change the number of years’ worth of financials (the default is 10).

You can also choose to include sector data in a single column, in which case Separate by commas is worth selecting instead.

Export Templates

If you find yourself exporting the same data repeatedly, it’s worth saving your selection as an export template. From here, the same format can be found using the Load Template button.
